Brandi Collins

Ms. Collins was previously counsel for a group of trucking and trucking brokerage companies. While performing her duties, she reviewed or litigated regulatory issues involving the NHTSA, contract formation, business start-up, corporate formation and business litigation. Her experience relates to the heavily regulated areas of law such as DWI, big truck accidents (commercial vehicles or 18 wheelers), and regulatory compliance issues. Ms. Collins' practice areas include various aspects of  law, with a emphasis in Alcohol and Drug related cases, commercial litigation, and personal injury. She has attended the Mastering Scientific Evidence course in New Orleans on several occasions. This course was demonstrates to attorneys the scientific issues related to drunk drivers. It discusses the effects of alcohol on the human body, the standardized field sobriety tests, problems and science of the breath and blood tests.  She has also attended the Intensive DWI workshop taught at Harvard Law School and the Drugs that Impair Driving course taught by a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration certified instructor. Brandi is also a member of the National College for DUI Defense and is a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association.  She is an award winning lawyer and has been recognized as one of the top attorneys in Arkansas in her field. Brandi Collins graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the William H.
